For purposes of this Privacy Policy, “Service” refers to our website at MargaritavilleRun.com and the services we offer our business customers through our website and via our customizable mobile application and/or website where our business customers’ users can access photos, videos, and any other content taken by the Margaritaville Run system and share them via third-party social networks, post their own content, play social games, view leader boards and use other functionality as determined by our business customer. Be sure to tell us where you are in the photo, and we will remove you from it by removing the image blurring or covering your digital content. To protect your privacy, we will take steps to verify your identity before fulfilling your request. You have the right at any time to prevent us from contacting you for marketing purposes. When we send a promotional communication to a user, the user can opt out of further promotional communications by following the unsubscribe instructions provided in each promotional e-mail. You may also indicate that you do not wish to receive marketing communications from us in the “Settings” section of the site. Please note that notwithstanding the promotional preferences you indicate, we may continue to send you administrative emails. CHILDREN’S INFORMATION
