If you would like us to delete your personal information or your account, transfer your data, remove you from a video or photo or untag you from the Service, please contact [email protected]. Be sure to tell us where you are in the photo, and we will remove you from it by removing the image blurring or covering your digital content. To protect your privacy, we will take steps to verify your identity before fulfilling your request. You have the right at any time to prevent us from contacting you for marketing purposes. When we send a promotional communication to a user, the user can opt out of further promotional communications by following the unsubscribe instructions provided in each promotional e-mail. You may also indicate that you do not wish to receive marketing communications from us in the “Settings” section of the site. Please note that notwithstanding the promotional preferences you indicate, we may continue to send you administrative emails. We may send you push notifications through ours or our partners mobile application(s). The site and Services are not directed to children under 13 (or other age as required by law), and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you learn that your child has provided us with personal information without your consent, you may contact us as set forth herein. If we learn that we have collected any personal information in violation of applicable law, we will promptly take steps to delete such information and terminate the child’s account.
